Daniela Juzl

Vice President, Organizational Transformation & Employee Experience

As a strategic communications professional, Daniela has built a reputation as a skilled writer and editor, creative storyteller, highly effective message developer and change management leader.

She is deeply experienced in partnering and advising C-Suite leadership on raising their profiles and elevating the employee experience through creative solutions designed to cultivate trust and engagement while keeping team members’ perspectives at the forefront, particularly during periods of transition and evolution.

As a senior communications manager at Dow Jones, where she was an establishing member of the company’s internal communications department, Daniela collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop a range of multi-channel communications to support the company’s strategic priorities through engaging and thoughtful campaigns and tactics over the course of her decade-long tenure.

As the editor of the company’s weekly internal newsletter and corporate intranet, she helped ensure global employees were informed, engaged, and recognized for their contributions. Daniela also leveraged visually dynamic content to bring internal storytelling to life and simplify complicated messaging.

Throughout her career Daniela has become an expert in project planning and execution, incident response, the development and roll-out of mission statements and values, communications governance structures as well as internal branding.  She passionately believes that creating a seamless experience for employees — from having an efficient UX design on the company intranet to producing innovative All-Hands meetings with the C-Suite — fosters a more efficient and results-driven work environment.

Daniela began her career in Human Resources at Dow Jones, where she supported the CHRO and developed a deep understanding of HR policies and programs and the importance of making data-driven decisions to support people-focused cultures.  In this role, she helped drive DE&I initiatives, and developed communications plans for leadership transitions, reorganizations, and company-wide technology rollouts.

Originally from Venezuela, Daniela is fluent in Spanish and German, and earned her B.A. in International Relations and Comparative Culture and Politics from Michigan State University.
